ISLAMABAD: Parliamentary Secretary for Federal Education and Professional Training, Ms Rabia Naseem Farooqi, visited Daanish School Kuri Road, Islamabad, where she was welcomed by the Project team, school and new school administration and briefed on the institution’s facilities and academic arrangements.
She took a detailed briefing on all the Daanish schools under construction under the Ministry and appreciated the overall efforts of PMU and Ministry of Federal Education on the timely completion of the project and appreciated their efforts in ensuring quality educational infrastructure. She extended her support that in all matters, all staff are welcome to discuss issues to avoid pendencies in work.
She further visited the Academic Block and appreciated the well-ventilated design and the openness in the established Daanish school.
Continuing her visit, the girls’ hostel block was also inspected with views that the facility is well designed for children. Before concluding the visit, the Auditorium Block and Masjid Block were also visited and the efforts of the staff were appreciated, as the work was timely.
She further stated that Daanish Schools provide opportunities for talented students from underprivileged backgrounds and reaffirmed the government’s resolve to promote inclusive and quality education nationwide.
