ISLAMABAD: A dignified ceremony was held at the DIG Security division office to honor police officers who have been promoted to higher ranks. DIG Security Muhammad Ateeque Tahir, along with senior officers, officially pinned the new ranks on the promoted officers. On the occasion, he extended heartfelt congratulations to all the officers and expressed sincere good wishes for their continued success.
Addressing the promoted officers, DIG Muhammad Ateeque Tahir stated that with promotion comes greater responsibility. He emphasized that IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi has issued clear directives to ensure that promotions continue across all vacant positions.
He further added, it is the result of your hard work and dedication that Allah has granted you this position. Now, you have been entrusted with even more responsibility. Fulfill your duties with excellence, bring pride to the department, and make the welfare of the police force and the delivery of justice to citizens your top priorities. Be a source of ease and support for the public.
He concluded by saying, i hope you will continue to carry out your duties with the same dedication, politeness, sincerity, and a strong spirit of public service.
