RCMS established at Faisalabad Commissioner office

FAISALABAD: The Revenue Court Management System(RCMS) has been established at the Commissioner office and now the appeal/review of Revenue cases would be filed through online system besides video link remote hearing and the applicants/advocates will not go to BOR Lahore.
The Divisional Commissioner Zahid Hussain visited the online desk of RCMS and observed the process of submitting online files. The Deputy Commissioner Ali Shahzad, Additional Commissioner Revenue Tariq Niazi, ADCR Fazal e Rabi Cheema, Senior Advocate Ch. Abdul Islam, Javed Bajwa, Deta Entry Operator Aehalmand Naeem Saleem and other advocates were also present on this occasion. Talking to the reporters, The Divisional Commissioner said that under the public reforms program of Punjab Govt.,the applications would be filed at divisional level and applicant/Advocate could contact via cell Phone# 041.9201723.
He cleared that justice is providing to the common man at their doorsteps and big computer screen would be provided in the cell on the recommendation of advocates.
He further informed that the revenue cases would be decided in time through this system and due to the initiatives of BOR Punjab under the leadership of SMBR the pending cases have been reduced upto 46%. He retreated his committment and said that the services are being provided to the masses and in this regard Divisional and District Administration is active in this regard.
DEO informed about the procedure of filing the application and said that after hearing the copy of decision would be provided to the applicant on the spot. Advocates appreciated the step of establishing Revenue Court Management System and said that this cell would provide big facility to the applicants and they would be reliefed. He thanked to the Divisional Commissioner for implementing this system quickly.
