RAWALPINDI: The Director General Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Capt. (R) Tahir Zafar Abbasi has promoted seven RDA officers including one RDA deputy director to director, four assistant directors to deputy directors, one sub engineer to assistant director and one assistant to adman officer and 11 staff persons have been also promoted on regular basis.
On the recommendations of the departmental promotion committee (DPC) the DG RDA has approved the promotion of above mentioned officers and officials on regular basis.
The Deputy Director (Engineering) Muhammad Anwar Baran has been promoted to Director (Engineering) BS-19 on regular basis, previously he was Director (Engineering) on a current charge basis.
The other officers get promotions include Muhammad Juaniad Taj Bhatti Deputy Director (Finance) BS-18, Iftikhar Ahmad Deputy Director (Admn) BS-18, Dawood Khalid Deputy Director (IT) BS-18, Hafiz Muhammad Irfan Deputy Director (PR) BS-18, Nadeem Jamal Assistant Director Engineering BS-17 and Muhammad Naveed Adman Officer BS-16.
These officers BS-16 to BS-19 were already holding acting and current charge basis.
The eleven staff persons who have been promoted include Qaseem uz Zia,
Rashid Malik, Aqeel Khokhar, Muhammad Anwaar Banaras, Saba Gul, Shafqat Ali,
Azum Murtaza, Saqib Mughal, Iqbal Khan, Kamran Akhtar and Akmal Zubair.
The departmental promotion committee headed by the DG RDA, during its recent
meeting he okayed these officers and officials for promotion to the next
scales.
The Chief Engineer RDA Dr Habibul Haq, Director Admn & Finance RDA Asif
Mahmood Janjua, HUD&PHE rep and others attended the meeting.
