ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, combat refresher courses are being organized to further enhance the capabilities and professional skills of the Red Zone Commandos (RZC) officers.
During the combat course the officers were trained to control armed elements, maintain law and order, so that any emergency situation can be controlled.
IGP Islamabad said that RZC shows its expertise and takes immediate action against terrorism and criminal elements, which is a testimony to their excellent training.
He further said that the role of Red Zone Commandos is very important in improving the security of the Ambassadors, Embassies and other key government officers.
The purpose of organizing these training courses is to increase the capabilities of officials and adopt the best strategy in case of emergency, while ensuring the safety of life and property of the citizens.
