Saif rejects Asif’s alleged deal claim

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Adviser Barrister Saif on Wednesday criticised Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif for stating that no country was ready to take incarcerated Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan.
“The Sharif family is the one which make deals and runs abroad whenever the noose is tightened against them,” he said.
He ruled out any possibility of Khan’s release from jail after by saying that the latter would have moved to foreign shores if he had to, instead he preferred to stay here.
Earlier, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Advisor for Information Barrister Saif stated that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan would reside in Pakistan after his release. In his statement, he berated political opponents, saying Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Zardari and Benazir went abroad after the deal.
Barrister Saif said that people accusing PTI for the deal themselves went abroad after closing the deal.
PTI founder Imran Khan would stay in his home country among his people, Bushra Bibi also residing in Pakistan after her release, he stressed.
Barrister Saif also claimed that PTI founder Imran Khan never looted public money and made palaces abroad. “People who made deals are living in luxury palaces abroad and having lavish lifestyles,” he criticized those who alleged the PTI of making deals.
He asked the government to clarify whom the PTI made a deal with as the government itself was taking the office. –Agencies
