Karachi: Sajid Khan took 10 wickets to help Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) wrap up five wickets win over Central Punjab (CP) in the Fourth Round of Quaid-e-Azam Trophy.
Adil Amin scored 53 runs off 106 with the help of 10 boundaries to complete the job for KPK with the bat as they cruised to second win in the tournament.
Resuming the second inning with 78-runs lead, KPK got hold of CP with Sajid Khan taking 6 for 101 runs. CP were bowled out for 248 runs to set a 120-runs target for KPK.
Mohammad Saad scored the highest 77 runs for CP while Saad Nasim made 52.
While chasing, KPK were off to a shaky start but Adil and Rehan Afridi (36) rescued their team to another convincing victory.
The other two matches between Sindh and Southern Punjab, Northern and Balochistan held drew.
