ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police conducted a grand search and combing operation in the Tarnol, Sumbal and Aabpara police stations jurisdiction.
Under the supervision of Zonal SPs of Sadar and City zone a grand search and combing operation was conducted in different areas of Tarnol, Sumbal and Aabpara police station jurisdiction by Islamabad Police teams.
During the search operation 150 suspicious persons, 189 houses and hotels, 131 motorbikes and vehicles were thoroughly checked and three bikes were shifted to police station for legal proceedings while preventive action was taken against 12 suspects.
Police team also arrested an accused and recovered pistol and ammunition from his possession.
