ISLAMABAD: Following the directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, special measures are being undertaken to curb criminal activities and to ensure the safety and security of the federal capital.
In line with these directions, search and combing operations are being carried out on a regular basis across different parts of Islamabad. In this regard, a search and combing operation was also conducted in the jurisdiction of Sabzi Mandi police station, during which 221 individuals, 65 shops, 31 vehicles and 43 motorcycles were checked, while 69 illegal Afghan citizens were shifted to police station for further legal proceedings.
