ISLAMABAD: Following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police are continuing search and combing operations in various areas of the federal capital to curb crime and suppress criminal elements.
Under the supervision of the zonal SPs, grand search and combing operations were conducted in different areas falling under Bani Gala, Kirpa and Tarnol police stations.
During the search operations, 225 individuals, 107 houses, 19 shops or hotels, 86 motorcycles, and 24 vehicles were checked, while 13 suspicious persons and 02 bikes were also shifted to respective police stations for further verification.
