HUNZA: Pakistani security forces busted Indian spy agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) network in Gilgit Baltistan.
According to official, the operation was carried out on a tip-off and huge amount of arms and ammunition were recovered from the possession of terrorists.
In the operation, 14 active members of the Balawaristan National Front were taken into custody.
According to intelligence official, the BNF student wing Chairman Sher Nadir Shahi was busy in leading anti-Pakistan activities.
Official said that Abdul Hameed Khan had surrendered unconditionally on February 8, 2019 after which Shah surrendered on March 29.
Abdul Hameed Khan had written letters to international authorities against six dams and their construction.
He was taken to Nepal and then India in 1999 where he was handled by RAW agent Col Arjun and Col Joshi.
Intelligence official said that RAW had given BNF Hameed group Rs1 billion for spreading chaos in Gilgit Baltistan.
