ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police Karachi Company and Lohi Bher police team have arrested two wanted members of notorious snatcher and bike lifter gang involved in numerous snatching and bike lifting activities and recovered snatched mobile phones, motorbike, weapon used in crime and three stolen motorbikes from their possession.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police had categorically started a crackdown against criminal elements in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
Following these directions, the Karachi company police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a notorious snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching activities in various areas of Karachi company police station. The accused was identified as Muhammad Nazeer. Police team also recovered mobile phones, motorbike and weapon used in crime from his possession.
Similarly, the Lohi Bher police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a notorious bike lifter gang involved in numerous bike lifting activities in various areas of Lohi Bher police station. The accused was identified as Shahram. Police team also recovered three stolen motorbikes from his possession.
Cases have already been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
