ISLAMABAD: Superintendent of Police (SP) Organized Crime Unit Syed Sajjad Haider Bukhari formally assumed charge of his office on Thursday.
Upon taking charge, SP Sajjad Bukhari held an introductory meeting with the staff, visited various sections of the unit, inspected official records and reviewed the condition of the detention facility.
He issued instructions to ensure prompt resolution of public complaints under a citizen-friendly policing policy.
Speaking on the occasion, he emphasized that it is the collective responsibility of all officers to uphold the rule of law and ensure the safety and protection of citizens lives and property.
He reiterated that every official must perform their duties with dedication and integrity,adding that no one including himself is above the law in the discharge of official responsibilities.
