ISLAMABAD: SSP Operations Islamabad Muhammad Shoaib Khan held an open court in the Soan zone. Open court was attended by SP Soan zone, SDPOs, SHOs and a large number of citizens.
During the open court, SSP Shoaib Khan listened to the complaints and issues of the citizens and issued immediate instructions for their resolution.
He emphasized that there will be zero tolerance for failure to provide timely relief to citizens and a decisive crackdown will be conducted against individuals involved in the drug peddling and illegal arms businesses.
He further stated that citizens should feel free to speak up about the activities occurring at police stations without any fear during such sessions.
SSP Operations also mentioned that police officers involved in corruption or obstructing the resolution of citizens problems will not be tolerated within the department. He insisted that police officers must perform their duties honestly and diligently. The citizens appreciated the efforts of SSP Operations Islamabad for organizing the open kutchery acknowledging the positive impact on addressing their concerns directly.
