ISLAMABAD: SSP Investigation/Operations Islamabad Muhammad Usmana Tariq Butt, paid a surprise visit to Bhara Kahu and Phulgran police stations.
On the occasion, SSP investigation/Operations inspected the record at the police station, visited the front desk, and checked the data of under-trial detainees in lockup. He also interacted with citizens, listened to their grievances, and directed the concerned officers to ensure their timely resolution.
During the visit, SSP Investigation /Operations also instructed all officers to maintain courteous behavior with complainants, emphasizing that misconduct or inappropriate attitude particularly towards senior citizens, women, and children would not be tolerated.
He further directed that strict action must be taken against criminals, patrolling should be made more effective and purposeful, and all officers should remain actively present in the field to enhance security and maintain public confidence.
