ISLAMABAD: SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza conducted visits to Bhara Kahu, Phulgran, Shehzad Town, and Nilore police stations, as well as several checkpoints across the city.
During the visits, he reviewed the record management system, front desk operations, lock-ups, ongoing renovation works, development activities, and public-service initiatives under the Special Initiative Protocols (SIPS). He also interacted with citizens, listened to their concerns and directed the relevant officers to ensure prompt resolution of public complaints.On the occasion, the SSP Operations directed all officers to treat visitors and complainants with courtesy and respect. He emphasized that inappropriate behavior or misconduct towards senior citizens, women, or children would not be tolerated under any circumstances. SSP Operations also inspected security arrangements and checking procedures at various checkpoints.He instructed the officers to prioritize the welfare of police personnel and address their operational challenges and administrative issues on a priority basis.
