Minal Khan in her recent interview, talked about her latest drama serial “Jalan”. Minal, while talking about her latest dramas “Nand” and “Jalan” mentioned that both characters are very different from each other.
“Jalan is not a drama based on the relationship between sister-in-law and brother-in-law, basically it’s a story of a girl who wants something in her life. This scenario is now getting clear for the audience as further episodes are releasing”, she added.
Further Minal mentioned that It was only a character which she portrayed, so the criticism she faced didn’t effected her a lot.
Talking about the ban on Jalan by PEMRA, she mentioned that “I got very scared after the ban, but I was also upset with this decision that it’s not only me who is working on this project, the whole team is effected by this decision.
Without knowing the whole story, they just banned it. You should not give audience the right of banning, the only right they should have is that it’s up to them whether they watch it or not”.
