ISLAMABAD: Shams Colony police team arrested three wanted members of a snatcher gang involved in snatching activities and recovered five motorbikes and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, a Shams Colony police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending three wanted members of a snatcher gang involved in snatching activities in the various areas of the city. The accused were identified as Zubair, Zakir Ullah and Akbar Hussain.
Police team also recovered five motorbikes and weapons with ammunition used in crime from their possession. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
10 busted, drugs
& arms recovered
ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended 10 outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Margalla police team arrested an accused namely Muhammad Faryad and recovered hashish from his possession. Likewise, the Shalimar police team arrested two accused namely Ali Hassan and Zahoor Ahmed and recovered two 30 bore pistols with ammunition from their possession.
Similarly, the Sabzi Mandi police team arrested an accused namely Ibrahim Ali Shah and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Noon police team arrested an accused namely Abdul Qayyum involved in drug peddling and recovered 1120 gram heroin from his possession.
Moreover, the Nilore police team arrested an accused namely Junaid Ali and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from his possession. Sihala police team arrested two accused namely Fazal Ghani and Umair involved in drug peddling and possessing illegal weapons and recovered 1040 gram hashish and two 30 bore pistols with ammunition from their possession.
Furthermore, the Lohi Bher police team arrested two drug peddlers namely Tariq Saad and Ali Raza and recovered 1979 gram hashish and 16 gram Ice from their possession. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.

ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops’ Robbery & Dacoity Unit (RDU) police team has arrested a wanted member of a Lahori snatcher gang and recovered a snatched motorbike from his possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements involved in snatching and theft incidents in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
According to the details, the Robbery & Dacoity Unit used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a Lahori snatcher gang involved in numerous snatching incidents at expressway. The accused was identified as Aamir Khan.
Police team also recovered a motorbike from his possession. Case was already registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
