ISLAMABAD: Teams of PS Sihala and PS Shehzad Town have arrested three wanted criminals, involved in kidnapping and crime cases of heinous nature.
According to details, SP Rural Malik Naeem Iqbal assigned the task to SHOs of his Zones, for ensuring arrest of those criminals, wanted to police for their involvement in crime cases of heinous nature.
Special teams were constituted for the purpose and one of the teams headed by PS Sihala’s SHO Malik Bashir including ASI Ashfaq Ahmed nabbed Qadeer Shah and Aaqib Shah for their involvement in kidnapping of Malik Saad for ransom.
Another police team of PS Shehzad Town headed by SHO Inspector Hakik Khan and others including Hamad Shah, caught a proclaimed offender Ejaz.
Cops have also got their physical remand from the concerned court and further investigation is underway from them.
DIG Operations Waqar-ud-Din Syed has appreciated this performance and directed all police officials to ensure arrest of criminals at large and take effective policing measures in the city.
