ISLAMABAD: PS Industrial Area and PS Shahzad Town arrested three wanted members of two notorious snatcher gangs involved in numerous criminal activities and recovered motorbike, mobile phones and weapons used in crime from their possession.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Industrial Area police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of the snatcher gang. The accused was identified as Janat Gul.
Police team also recovered mobile phones, motorbike and weapons used in crime from his possession. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
The Shahzad Town police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of the snatcher gang. The accused were identified as Muhammad Atif and Ehtasham.
