ISLAMABAD: A tortured deadbody of a missing youth was recovered from the forest area near Dhokri Chowk, PS Secretariat jurisdiction area, here on Tuesday. The body was later identified as Nadeem S/O Rasheed.
According to details, 20-year-old Nadeem S/O Rasheed hailed from Kalan Nathia Gali, district Abbottabad and used to work at Prince Hotel, Bhara Kahu. He had mysteriously went missing 2-3 days ago. However, his deadbody was recovered this Tuesday from a jungle. The body of missing youth with torture marks was found from forest area near Al-Hayat Hotel, Dhokri.
PS Secretariat reached the spot instantly and took the body into custody. The body was shifted to the hospital for postmortem and the cops, after registering a case into the incident, have began an investigation.

ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops busted 15 outlaws including 7 proclaimed offenders and recovered hashish and weapons from their possession.
According to details, a massive crackdown has been launched against anti-social elements and drug peddlers to make Islamabad a crime free city, SSP Operations Dr. Syed Mustafa Tanveer said.
Thus, PS Shahzad Town police arrested accused Yaqoob and recovered 190 gram hashish from him. PS Bara Kaho caught accused Raiz Shah and recovered 230 gram hashish from him. PS Lohibher nabbed Waqas and recovered one 30 bore pistol from him. PS Shams Colony booked Ishmail and recovered 32 bore revolvers from him.
PS Khanna, on the other hand, apprehended Muhammad Saleem and recovered one 30 bore pistol from him. PS Noon busted Muhammad Zubair and recovered a 30 bore pistol from him. PS Koralarrested Arslan accused involved in peg ion flying. Separate cases have been registered against the nabbed accused while further investigation is underway. Moreover, During special crackdown, police teams of PS Kohsar, PS Khanna, PS Ramana, PS Golra, and PS Shams Colony arrested 8 offenders from various areas of the city.
SSP Operations Syed Mustafa Tanveer has appreciated the performance and asked for renewed efforts to curb such practices and get rid of society from such menace. SSP also categorically asked all police officials to focus on resolving the public complaints and take every possible step to provide maximum relief to citizens. He said that performance in this regard would be reviewed at a continuous basis.
