US President Donald Trump has claimed that Iran’s leadership has pushed hundreds of ships carrying oil towards the United States.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the Iranian leadership “has forced hundreds of ships toward the United States, mostly Texas, Louisiana, and Alaska, to get their oil. Thank you very much!”
The claim comes amid heightened tensions between Washington and Tehran over energy flows and maritime restrictions in the region. –Agencies
