ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police Shahzad Town and Homicide Unit police teams have arrested two accused involved in murder case and recovered murder tool used in crime from their possession.
According to details, on 15 September 2023, the Shahzad Town police station received an application from a citizen who stated that his son namely Usama Noor was shot by the accused namely Shahzaib due to which he was seriously injured and died on the spot.
Upon receiving the application, the Shahzad Town Police team registered a FIR no.659/23. Following this incident, a special investigation team was constituted. The police team utilized all available resources and used technical and scientific methods and arrested the accused namely Shahzaib and a lady.
The police team also recovered a pistol with ammunition used in crime from their possession, while further investigation is underway.
