ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police Tarnol police station and Homicide Unit police teams have arrested two accused involved in a murder case and recovered murder tool from their possession.
According to details, on December 13, 2023, the Tarnol police station received an application from a citizen who stated that the accused, namely Habib Jamal and Abdul Waheed has opened gun fire on his cousin, due to which my cousin succumbed to his injuries and died on the spot.
Upon receiving the application, the Tarnol police team registered an FIR no. 943/23. Following this incident, a special investigation team was constituted.
The police teams utilized all available resources and used technical and scientific methods and arrested two accused namely Habib Jamal and Abdul Waheed and recovered murder tool a 12 bore rifle from their possession, while further investigation is underway.
