ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops arrested two accused including a lady, involved in the murder of 7-year-old girl in Kohsar town, area of PS Kirpa.
According to the details dated on 22.08.2022, Rehman Ali Khan, resident of Kirpa Road, Kohsar Town, stated that my 7/8 year old daughter along with her mother went to neighbor Arif’s house. His daughter went to the roof, then suddenly smoke appeared from the roof and there was a smell of burning adding that he rushed to the roof where he saw that his daughter’s burnt body was lying in the pond in the under construction house. The local police immediately registered case FIR number 8 dated 22.08.2022 under section 302.436.201.34 and started investigation.
IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, taking notice of this incident, issued instructions to DIG Operations Sohail Zafar Chatha to arrest the accused. A police team under the supervision of SP Rural Zone arrested tha lady accused Raaya Bibi and Muhammad Naveed while further investigation is underway.
