ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police Shahzad Town and Aabpara police team arrested two wanted members of a notorious snatcher and bike lifter gangs involved in numerous criminal activities and recovered snatched cash, mobile phones, stolen motorbike and weapons used in crime from their possession.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Shahzad Town police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending wanted members of the snatcher gang involved in numerous criminal activities. The accused was identified as Khan Zaib.
Police team also recovered snatched cash, mobile phones and weapons used in crime from his possession.
PS Aabpara team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending wanted members of the motorbike lifter gang involved in numerous criminal activities. The accused was identified as Bilal Shoukat.
Police team also recovered a stolen motorbike from his possession. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
