Two caught, stolen bike, cash recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Khanna and Bhara Kahu police teams arrested two wanted members of bike lifter and thief gangs involved in numerous activities and recovered stolen motorbike and cash from their possession.

Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police has intensified the crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime in the city.
Following these directions, the Khanna and Bhara Kahu police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a bike lifter and thief gang. The accused were identified as Zain Farooq and Zeeshan. The police team also recovered the stolen motorbike and 1.4 million cash from their possession. Cases was registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway. During the preliminary investigation, the accused confessed to being involved in theft activities in the jurisdiction of Islamabad.
