ISLAMABAD: Following the special directives of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police’s weapon-free city campaign is progressing swiftly. As part of this effort, the Phulgran police team during the search operation arrested two accused and recovered a significant amount of weapons along with ammunition from their possession.
The recovered weapon includes a 30-bore pistol, Kalashnikov, 223 bore rifle, 12-bore rifle, and 303 rifle along with ammunition. Cases have been registered against the arrested individuals, and further investigation has begun.
