Two crooks busted, stolen valuables recovered

ISLAMABAD: PS Kohsar and PS Secretariat teams arrested two wanted members of criminal gangs involved in numerous theft activities and recovered stolen valuables from their possession.
Following the special directions of Islamabad Capital City Police officer (ICCPO) Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, Islamabad capital police had categorically started a crackdown against criminal elements in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
Following these directions, a Kohsar police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a thief gang involved in theft activities. The accused was identified as Zulqarnain. Police team also recovered stolen valuables from his possession.
The Secretariat police team used all available resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a cattle thief gang involved in cattle theft incidents. Police team also recovered stolen cattle from his possession. The accused was identified as Abdul Rehman.
Cases have already been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway. During the preliminary investigation the accused confessed to being involved in numerous theft incidents in various areas of the city.
