ISLAMABAD: PS Ramna police team apprehended two wanted members of a bike lifter’s gang involved in bike lifting incidents and recovered three stolen motorbikes from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police had started a crackdown against criminal elements involved in car and bike lifting incidents in order to save the precious lives and property of citizens.
Following these directives, the police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a bike lifter gang involved in bike lifting incidents.
Police team also recovered three stolen motorbikes from their possession. The accused were identified as Ghulam Hassan and Moeen Akhtar. Cases have already been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway. During the preliminary investigation the accused confessed to being involved in numerous bike lifting incidents in the jurisdiction of the Industrial Area police station. PS Shalimar, on the other hand, apprehended two wanted members of a Loralai bike lifter gang involved in bike lifting incidents and recovered nine stolen motorbikes from their possession.

During the preliminary investigation the accused confessed to being involved in numerous bike lifting incidents in the jurisdiction of the Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
3 wanted snatchers caught
ISLAMABAD: PS Lohi Bher police team have arrested 03 members of a snatcher’s gang and recovered snatched motorbike, cash, mobile phones and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city. Following these directions, a Lohi bher police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending 03 wanted members of the snatcher’s gang involved in numerous snatching activities in various areas of the city. The accused were identified as Riasat Ali, Haroon Hussain and Muhammad Shahbaz. Police team also recovered motorbike, cash, mobile phones and weapons with ammunition from their possession. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
2 thieves busted, cash recovered
ISLAMABAD: PS Shalimar team arrested two wanted members of a thief gang involved in theft activities and recovered stolen cash from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, a Shalimar police station team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a thief gang involved in different theft activities. The accused were identified as Faisal Nawaz and Muhammad Khalid.
Police team also recovered stolen Pakistani and foreign currency from the possession of the arrested accused and handed over to the actual owners.
15 arrested, drugs
& arms recovered
ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops apprehended 15 outlaws from different areas of the city and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, the Phulghran police team arrested an accused namely Abdul Qadous and recovered 540 gram heroin from his possession. Similarly, the Tarnol police team apprehended two accused namely Jameel Khan and Shah Gharib and recovered 1030 gram hashish and one 30 bore pistol from their possession. The Shalimar police team arrested an accused namely Nasir Baig and recovered one 30 bore pistol with ammunition from their possession.
Moreover, the Industrial-Area police team arrested an accused namely Fahad and recovered two 30 bore pistols with ammunition. Noon police arrested 03 accused namely Abdul Marjan, Haroon and Jameel and recovered three pistols with ammunition from his possession.
Furthermore Khanna police arrested two accused namely Sulman Shah and Hameed Ullah 1200 gram hashish from their possession. Lohibher police arrested two accused namely Muhammad Afzal and Asif Rauf and recovered 1036 gram heroin from their possession.
During the crackdown against proclaimed offenders and court absconders, the Islamabad capital police teams arrested three absconders and proclaimed offenders from different areas of the city. Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
