ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Kohsar and Karachi Company police station teams arrested two wanted members of a notorious criminals gang involved in numerous criminal activities and recovered stolen cash and valuables from their possession.
The arrested accused were involved in numerous criminal activities in various areas of the city. The accused were identified as Rizwan and Kamran. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Islamabad Muhammad Jawad Tariq also directed officers for an effective crackdown against the accused involved in heinous criminal activities and to take all possible measures to protect the life and property of the citizens.
He further said that no criminal element will be allowed to disturb the peace of the people. Citizens are urged to report any suspicious individual or activity through the emergency helpline “Pucar-15”.
