ISLAMABAD: A team of Islamabad Police’s Shams Colony Police Station arrested two members of the “Sheru Gang” allegedly involved in motorcycle theft incidents. Six stolen motorcycles worth millions of rupees were recovered from the possession of the arrested accused. Multiple cases have been registered against the accused, while further investigation is underway. During the initial investigation, the arrested accused disclosed their involvement in multiple motorcycle theft incidents.
On the special directions of SSP Operations Qazi Ali Raza, Islamabad Police continues its large-scale crackdown against accused involved in theft, robbery, street crime and other serious offences in the federal capital. Comprehensive action is being taken against criminal elements to prevent crime and protect citizens’ lives and property.
SSP Operations Islamabad has directed all officers to further intensify action against criminal elements involved in depriving citizens of their valuable assets and ensure their arrest in accordance with the law.
Islamabad Police appeals to citizens to cooperate with the police in preventing and eliminating crime and to immediately report any suspicious activity or person to the concerned police station or the “Pukar-15” emergency helpline.
