ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police Anti Robbery and Dacoity Unit (ARDU) police team arrested two wanted members of a thief gang involved in numerous theft activities and recovered stolen cash, mobile phones, motorbikes and valuables worth 9.3 million rupees from their possession.
Following the special directions of DIG Operations Islamabad Syed Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari, the Islamabad Capital Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Anti Robbery and Dacoity Unit (ARDU) police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending two wanted members of a thief gang involved in numerous theft activities. The accused were identified as Noman Ejaz and Abrar Hassan.
Police team also recovered stolen cash, mobile phones, motorbikes, valuables worth 9.3 million rupees from their possession. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
