ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Aabpara police team arrested a wanted member of bike lifter gangs involved in numerous bike theft activities and recovered two stolen motorbikes and spare parts from his possession.
Following the special directives of the IGP Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, and the Islamabad Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Aabpara Police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of the bike lifter gang involved in numerous theft activities. The accused was identified as Hasnain khan.
Police team also recovered two stolen motorbikes and spare parts from his possession. Cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is underway.
DIG Operations Syed Shahzad Nadeem Bukhari directed all senior officials for effective crackdown against the accused involved in criminal activities and ensured the safety of lives and property of citizens on priority basis.
