ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Secretariat police team arrested a wanted member of former jailbird house burglar gang involved in numerous criminal activities and recovered stolen cash, mobile phone, from his possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directions, the Secretariat police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a wanted member of a house burglar gang.
The arrested accused was identified as Ismail. Police team also recovered stolen cash, mobile phone, valuables and motorbike from his possession. Cases were registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
