ISLAMABAD: PS Koral team busted a four members snatchers gang known as zamam gang which was involved in looting food delivery boys.
Following the directions of the IGP Islamabad Muhammad Ahsan Younas massive crackdown against the criminal elements is continued in the city.
Following the directions, SP Rural Zia ud Din constituted special police team under super vision of SDPO headed by SHO Koral Muhammad Azeem Minhas with other officails to arrest the accused involved in snatching incidents. The police team using modern technology traced ad arrested four accused of zamam gang. The accused were identified as Zubair, Usman, Zamam and Suleman.
Police team also recovered weapons used in crime, mobile phone, motorcycle and snatched cash from their possession. The gang was involved in looting food delivery boys in areas of Shehzad town, Khanna and koral areas while further investigation is underway.
IGP Islamabad Muhammad ahsan Younas has appreciated the performance and further directed to the zonal officers to intensify the security in the city to secure the life and property of the citizens.
