ISLAMABAD: IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi addressed a special ceremony organized on the occasion of the first anniversary of “Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos.”
During his address, he stated that “Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos” is not just an operation, but an ideology, a spirit, and a way of life dedicated to safeguarding Pakistan’s defense, unity, and integrity under all circumstances.
Addressing the ceremony, the IGP Islamabad said, “We are Bunyan-ul-Marsoos; our life and death are for Pakistan and national unity.” He emphasized that the Pakistani nation stands united like a wall of solid steel, and if any enemy attempts to cast an evil eye on Pakistan, the entire nation will emerge even stronger and more united.
He further stated that during the “Battle of Truth” (Marka-e-Haq), the Armed Forces of Pakistan demonstrated their professional capabilities, courage, and strategic excellence to the world, crushing the arrogance of the enemy.
He added that Pakistan has now emerged as an invincible power, while the Pakistan Army, Pakistan Air Force, and other security institutions represent the practical embodiment of Bunyan-ul-Marsoos.
IGP Islamabad further remarked that under the leadership of the Field Marshal, the Armed Forces of Pakistan achieved a historic victory, while the unity, solidarity, and patriotism displayed by the nation during the operation will always be remembered.
He said that the people of Pakistan remain fully prepared to defend the homeland and are filled with the spirit of sacrifice and determination. He added that the success of Maarka-e-Haq will always be remembered like a national celebration, and that Pakistan is now emerging as a strong and central force in the Muslim world.
While addressing the participants, the IGP Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi said that every Pakistani youth, every student, and every police officer is Bunyan-ul-Marsoos. Sending a clear message to those conspiring against Pakistan, he stated that enemies should know their limits because the entire nation is united, vigilant, and fully prepared for the defense of the country.
He further said that the 11,000 strong Islamabad Police force and the 4.4 million citizens of the federal capital stand firmly alongside the Armed Forces of Pakistan and are ready to make every sacrifice for the country’s peace, stability, and security.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, special prayers were offered for the peace, progress, prosperity, and stability of Pakistan, as well as for the continued success of the Armed Forces of Pakistan.
