ISLAMABAD: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has highlighted the strategic connectivity of sectors G-13 and G-14, terming their accessibility to major road networks, the Metro system, motorways and Islamabad International Airport a key attraction for prospective commercial investors.
FGEHA spokesperson said that the Authority is offering a range of commercial plots in G-13 and G-14 through its auction scheduled for September 15 and 16, providing investment opportunities in strategically located and rapidly developing areas of Islamabad.
He said the commercial plots offered in the auction had convenient access to major transportation networks, including the Metro, while the locations were approximately eight kilometres from the M-1 and M-2 motorways and around 12 kilometres from Islamabad International Airport. The spokesperson said improved connectivity was an important factor in determining the commercial potential of an area, as easy access could facilitate the movement of customers, employees, goods and business traffic. He said commercial plots in G-14 Markaz and shopping centres in G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-14/4, along with various categories of commercial plots in G-13, including Class-III and Modern Corporate/Office plots, would be offered during the auction.
The spokesperson said the growing residential population and expanding commercial activities in both sectors were creating additional opportunities for businesses, developers and investors.
He said FGEHA was also facilitating investors through flexible payment options, including payment of the outstanding amount in easy instalments over two years and a 10 per cent discount on lump-sum payment. Investors could also pay the remaining amount in instalments after making an initial payment of 25 per cent.
The spokesperson invited investors, businesspersons and developers from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other parts of the country to participate in the auction. The auction will commence at 10:00 a.m. on both days at Aura Grande Event Complex Divine Hall 2, Service Road East Sector E-11/4 Islamabad. –Agencies
