ISLAMABAD: Under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, a training seminar on the Police Station Record Management System (PSRMS) was organized for Front Desk Officers (FDOs) at police stations and the readers of Zonal SPs and Sub-Divisional Police Officers (SDPOs).
During the training session, participants received detailed guidance on the effective use of the PSRMS system, the accurate and timely completion of police records, and the proper handling of related administrative matters.
The importance of maintaining records in accordance with modern requirements, entering information accurately, and ensuring transparency in official procedures was also emphasized.
The seminar aimed to strengthen the administrative and clerical system of Islamabad Police, improve record accuracy, and enhance professional performance through the effective use of modern technology.
SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza reaffirmed his commitment to further improving the administrative and official functioning of the police through the effective use of modern technology, continuous training, and the enhancement of professional capabilities.
