-Recover 10 vehicles, five bikes

ISLAMABAD: Capital Cops PS Industrial-Area arrested 12 auto-thieves and recovered ten cars and five stolen bikes from their possession, here this Monday.
Following the directions of IGP Islamabad Muhammad Aamir Zulfiqar Khan, DIG Operations Waqar-ud-din Syed assigned task to SP Industrial Area Zubair Ahmed Sheikh to accelerate efforts against car and bike-lifters. Thus, following his directions, SP Industrial-Area constituted special teams under supervision of ASP Zohaib Nasrullah Ranjaha. These teams achieved great success and apprehended 12 members of car and bike lifters’ gang.
The registration numbers of the recovered vehicles remain (APF-249),(BBN-015), Suzuki Mehran (SGP-3345), Suzuki Mehran (GTE-6555) Toyota Corolla (ACC-761), Suzuki Mehran (JK-450), Honda Civic(LZZ-792), Honda Civic (RLB-3742), Honda Civic(AB-9399), Corolla (AAF-955) and recovered motorbikes bear the registration numbers as follows (RIO-6166), (RN-667) , (RIO-305) , (AUL-473) and (RIO-1232).
IGP Muhammad Aamir Zulfqar khan and DIG Operations Waqar-ud-din Syed have appreciated the performance of Industrial Area Police Team. DIG (Operations) has further directed the officials to intensify efforts to curb car and motorbike lifting incidents. He also directed to ensure mutual coordination to check this crime.
