IGP visits hospitalized SP Mehfooz Kiani

ISLAMABAD: IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, visited the hospital along with police officers. On this occasion, he met SP Mehfooz Kiani, who is under treatment, and inquired about his well-being while boosting his morale.
IGP Islamabad asked about SP Mehfooz Kiani’s health and received a detailed briefing regarding his ongoing treatment. He also expressed his best wishes for his speedy recovery. During the visit, the IGP directed the hospital doctors and the welfare officer to ensure the provision of the best possible medical facilities to SP Mehfooz Kiani and emphasized that no negligence should be shown at any stage of the treatment.
He stated that all police officers are valuable assets of the department. “We are like a family, and no police officer will ever feel alone in difficult times,” he added.
Furthermore, IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held a meeting with DIG Headquarters Malik Jameel Zafar, Chief Traffic Officer Muhammad Sarfraz Virk, and AIG Legal Tahir Kazim. During the meeting, a detailed review was conducted regarding administrative matters of Islamabad Police, traffic management on alternate routes in the city, and the implementation of assigned tasks related to security arrangements.
IGP Islamabad issued directions to the concerned officers to further improve administrative efficiency, adopt a comprehensive strategy to enhance traffic flow, and strengthen security measures. He also stressed the need to improve all measures while keeping public convenience in focus.
He further said that protecting the lives and property of citizens and ensuring the provision of all possible facilities to them is the top priority of Islamabad Police.
All officers and officials of Islamabad Police are committed to maintaining peace and order in the city day and night and are performing their duties with honesty and dedication.
He reaffirmed the commitment to continue the mission of serving and protecting the public at all costs.
