SP Soan Zone directs crackdown on criminals

ISLAMABAD: Superintendent of Police (SP) Soan Zone Khurram Ashraf chaired an important meeting attended by all SHOs of Soan and Rural Zones. During the meeting, he reviewed the overall law and order situation, officers’ performance, crime prevention efforts, the arrest of proclaimed and habitual offenders, the progress of under-investigation cases, security arrangements, and measures to improve police service delivery.
SP Soan Zone directed the officers to further intensify intelligence-based and targeted operations against criminal elements. He also ordered an effective crackdown on gangs involved in car and motorcycle theft, robbery, dacoity, and property crimes, directing the officials to ensure the arrest of all members of such criminal networks. He further instructed officers to expedite the arrest of proclaimed and habitual offenders and dispose of pending cases strictly on merit.
He further emphasized that the standard of public service delivery under the SIPS Protocol should be further improved at all police stations. He directed officials to treat citizens with courtesy and professionalism while ensuring the timely resolution of public complaints.
SP Soan Zone Khurram Ashraf also directed the officers to strengthen crime prevention through effective supervision, teamwork, and modern policing practices. He stressed that no negligence or complacency in maintaining law and order, protecting the lives and property of citizens, or enforcing the law would be tolerated.
