ISLAMABAD: Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, Islamabad Police organized a memorable and special event titled ‘Cricket Celebration’ for the children of police martyrs.
On this occasion, the children of martyrs were taken to the cricket stadium to watch and enjoy the thrilling cricket match between Pakistan and Australia live. They watched the match with great enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoyed the exciting atmosphere of the game.
The children had the opportunity to closely observe their favorite players in action, enjoy the most exciting moments of the match, and spend a memorable time filled with happiness and joy. The purpose of this special activity was to encourage and entertain the children of martyrs and provide them with pleasant experiences so that they feel valued and recognized as an important part of society.
SP Headquarters Pari Gul Tareen and Director Special Initiatives Shams-ul-Haq Durrani were also present with the children during the event. They spent quality time with the families of the martyrs, particularly the children, inquired about their well-being, and shared in their emotions and feelings.
Islamabad Police holds the great and everlasting sacrifices of its martyrs in the highest esteem and continues to undertake various initiatives and special programs for the welfare, encouragement, and happiness of their families.
The care and support of martyrs’ families remain among the foremost priorities of Islamabad Police.
