ISLAMABAD: SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, paid a surprise visit to Sumbal police station. On the occasion, SSP Operations inspected the record at the police station, visited the front desk, and checked the data of under-trial detainees in lockup.
He also interacted with citizens, listened to their grievances, and directed the concerned officers to ensure their timely resolution.
During the visit, SSP Qazi Ali Raza instructed all officers to maintain courteous behavior with complainants, emphasizing that misconduct or inappropriate attitude particularly towards senior citizens, women, and children would not be tolerated.
He further directed that strict action must be taken against criminals, patrolling should be made more effective and purposeful, and all officers should remain actively present in the field to enhance security and maintain public confidence.
