ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Police Shahzad Town police team arrested three wanted members of a thief gang involved in numerous theft activities and recovered valuables from their possession.
Following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police has intensified the crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime in the city.
Following these directions, the Shahzad Town police team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending three wanted members of a thief gang.
The accused were identified as Zulfiqar, Khurram and Banaras. The police team also recovered stolen valuables from their possession. Case was registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
During the preliminary investigation, the accused confessed to being involved in theft activities in the jurisdiction of Islamabad.
