Islamabad: Islamabad capital Police PS Tarnol teams apprehended 15 criminals during the last week and recovered hashish, heroin and weapons with ammunition from their possession. Following the special directions of Inspector General of Police Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, Islamabad capital police intensified crackdown against criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city. Following these directives, the PS Tarnol teams arrested 10 accused during the last week and recovered 4236 gram heroin, 2435 gram hashish and four pistols and one 12 bore gun with ammunition from their possession.
Cases have been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
